RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Custom orders and Sale Items cannot be returned/exchanged.
Unless otherwise mentioned, unworn line item jewelry and ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 10 days of receiving the item.
A 20% restocking fees will be applicable on all cancellations/returns/exchanges. Shipping and taxes (if any) will not be refunded.

For any repairs and exchanges :
– Depending on the work, a quote will be provided and discussed.
– Shipping – both way – will have to be borne by the client.
– We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
