Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
- Custom orders and Sale Items cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Unless otherwise mentioned, unworn line item jewelry and ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 10 days of receiving the item.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applicable on all cancellations/returns/exchanges. Shipping and taxes (if any) will not be refunded.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
REPAIRS & EXCHANGES
- We guarantee the integrity of our own work and will go above and beyond to ensure our customers are thrilled with their experience
For any repairs and exchanges :
- Depending on the work, a quote will be provided and discussed.
- Shipping – both ways – will have to be borne by the client.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
