The Stone

The center stone is a hexagon salt and pepper diamond — 1.13 carats, 7.4 x 5.5 x 3mm. The hexagon shape is what pulls people in first. Sharp corners, flat sides, nothing soft or expected about it. Then you look closer, and you see what is happening inside the stone

The Two Metals

The center stone sits in a 14k white gold prong setting. The prongs hold the hexagon at its corners exactly where a stone with straight edges and sharp points needs to be held. The face of the diamond stays fully open. Nothing crowds it, nothing blocks it.

The band runs in rose gold at 1.5mm. Slim, smooth, sits quietly on the finger. We put these two metals together on purpose; the white gold at the setting picks up the cool silvery tone of the diamond, and the rose gold on the band brings just enough warmth to balance it out.

One metal alone tips the ring too far in one direction. Together, they land somewhere that just feels right, especially against this particular stone.

Running along the band are small white salt and pepper diamonds totaling 0.08 carats. They are not trying to compete with the center stone. They just add a little texture and life to the band when you look closely. From a distance, the band reads clean. Up close, there is more going on. We like details that reward people who actually look.
