Elongated Hexagon Salt and Pepper Diamond Ring
Perfectly Imperfect.
How This Ring Came To Be
We've made a lot of rings. And the ones we're proudest of are never the ones that played it safe.

This ring came from wanting to push two things together that don't usually sit side by side — the raw, natural character of a salt and pepper diamond and the clean precision of a bezel setting. One is organic and unpredictable.
The other is structured and controlled. We wanted to see what happened when you put them in the same room. What came back from the bench the first time surprised even us.
The Diamond At The Centre Of It
This elongated hexagon salt and pepper diamond weighs 1.78 carats and measures 9 x 5.5mm.
It has rose-cut faceting, which is the detail that sets it apart from most stones we work with. A rose cut sits flat on the bottom and rises gently in a soft dome above, neither pavilion underneath, nor depth below the girdle, just a curved surface of facets that catches light broadly and warmly.
It's an old cut. Centuries old, actually. And on a salt and pepper stone, it does something that modern brilliant cuts simply can't replicate. The light moves across it slowly, picking up the grey and black matrix underneath, shifting as the hand moves. It's the kind of stone you catch yourself looking at throughout the day.
The matrix inside this particular diamond is one of a kind. The pattern of inclusions inside this hexagon formed naturally, over an extraordinary amount of time, and it will never be repeated in another stone.
The Setting and The Side Stones
We set this diamond in a 14k rose gold bezel — a continuous rim of metal that wraps the full perimeter of the hexagon cleanly and securely.

We chose a bezel here because it does two things at once. It protects every edge and corner of the stone without prongs interrupting the outline, and it frames the hexagon in a way that makes the rose gold and the diamond feel like one object rather than two separate things placed together.
The warm blush of the rose gold against the cool grey of the stone is a combination we keep returning to in our work. It just works.
On either side of the center stone sit white diamonds in a prong setting, 0.11 carats total. They're there to add a different kind of light — quick, bright, brilliant — against the slower, deeper quality of the salt and pepper center. The contrast between them is deliberate. It gives the ring movement.
Ring Specifications
- Center stone — Elongated hexagon salt and pepper, 1.78 CT, 9x5.5mm, rose-cut
- Setting — 14k rose gold bezel, handcrafted
- Side stones — White diamonds, prong set, 0.11 CT total

The Band
Rose gold, smooth, polished, 1.6mm running down the finger.
Clean and simple. The band doesn't need to do anything complicated here because everything worth looking at is happening above it. The 1.6mm width balances the center stone well — present enough to feel substantial, slim enough to wear comfortably every single day without thinking about it.

Made By Our Craftsmen
Every stage of this ring is done by hand in our workshop.
Fitting a bezel to an elongated hexagon takes real precision — six sides, six corners, all of them needing the metal rim to sit flush, and also even without putting pressure on the facets. Our craftsmen fit each bezel individually to the stone. They've been doing this kind of work long enough to know that rushing it produces a ring that looks rushed. So they don't.
What We Use and Where It Comes From
Ethically sourced natural diamond. Recycled rose gold. That's what goes into every ring we make, and this one is no different. We think the full story behind a piece of jewelry matters — not just what it looks like on the finger but where every part of it came from.
